I recently subscribed to play peoples postcode lottery, I set it up to pay each month using paypal but there was only one months subscription ever taken.
I contacted postcode lottery and they say it is paypal rejecting payment but they have no reason as to why? tried to get an answer using email but no way of doing so and my mobile doesnt let me call freefone numbers. Any advice as to why paypal arent sending payments, I use paypal all the time for ebay buyng.Everything just seems gueered to ebay no real way of finding answers to anything unrelated to ebay!
