hi ordered a item from sports direct paid via paypal unfortunatly sports direct cancelled to order as no longer available but funds still showing as awaiting authorisation ?? and not been refunds order was cancelled 9 days ago by sports direct , any one now how long before funds are returned back to me cheers
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment. If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment. They can't refund something that they have not received.
