Appealing dispute cant provide tracking information.

I had a dispute about a transaction through email and since it went though email with virtual goods there was no shipping, so in the box I put n/a as in not applicable, I would assume if a person actually did look this over and it was not automated they would be able to use some common sense. If this is an automated issue that is even more troubling. Due to this the buyer got to buy an account and get their money back 4 months after the fact due to gross incompetence. Now when I go to put an appeal I can't edit the information at all as seen in these screenshots: http://puu.sh/xsJEj/3821d7adc1.png / http://puu.sh/xsJEL/86a8b6df8c.png

Hi Rikar,

Welcome to our Community!

If you cannot appeal the decision through the Resolution Centre. You can send a request through the secure Message Centre. Please note virtual items are not covered under our Seller Protection Poilicy. We would be more than happy to look into this for you, however this is a member to member Forum. We can take a look at your account if you contact us directly on Twitter @AskPayPal or via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK or click the Contact link at the bottom of the PayPal.com.

Thanks

Martin
