Paypal and eBays systems - useless as always!
So I had a refund come through for an item - no problem just follow eBays new managed returns process right? Nope never that simple when it comes to these clowns. Paypal had put my account into negative balance because of the return - because of this eBay could not collect the refund. I topped up my paypal account to cover the negative balance - this should cover the refund correct? Nope eBay say i still owe the refund amount - essentially doubling what i owe. Can somebody please try and sort this mess out for me as I am not paying out double what I owe because of rubbish integrations between Paypal and eBay.
