The 21 days hold JOKE!!

Hi there, 

Again one of the issues paypal is forcing on 'new sellers". Wait , I'm not , I've been with paypal since 2012, but let's keep with them in this circus.

 

Now according to paypal my account is concidered as a new one, OK, and I'll suffer from a hold fo 90 days, OK, till then all the payments are on hold. HMM OK!!

 

First, no need to explain my situation which is that I'm a website makers, clients pays, I make the website for them in a delay of 7 DAYS, Yes 7 days or the client asks for a refund.

 

Again according to paypal this stupide hold is done to ensure "saftey" for me & the buyer. I don't see how this can help me, in fact whenever I'm getting money , I need to take a part of it to invest it in the clients website. How the **bleep** I'm supposed to do that if the money is held by you ? I need to wait 21 days ? The clients won't wait, if he ddn't get the website then boom, a refund is asked. 

 

So my first question is: How the **bleep** do you think I'm able to mark an order as proceeded & get a "positive" feedback if the buyer didn't get anything ??

 

Now I've suffered from this 90 days, 90 days without any business due to your "safety" mesure.

 

Which let us come to my second question : WILL THE MONEY BE RELEASED IMMEDIATLY AFTER THAN 90 DAYS HAS PASSED ??

 

notice that I put it on uppercase, because I don't need to know why my account was limited or what should I do to get the money fast .... I ALREADY KNOW THAT, so here is my question again :

Well my question have a "no" or "yes" as answer, so your reply is pretty much useless.

 

I need to add one more thing , Paypal is giving the excuse "it's a rule" as they don't have the right to hold our money, they just do it for interests and we already know that , but my question is, why do you take your fee from the transactions that you hold ? Isn't it a "safety mesure" for everyone ? 

 

Ah and yes :

 

1- No body leaves feedback on paypal so you can forget about that stupid requirement

2- I make websites, so if you're using your brain a liiiitle bit you'll discover that we can't send tracking number for that.

Not sure when exactly people at paypal start realising that holding money from sellers isn't a nice move, this is literaly stupid. But hey, paypal knows that we're needy to them that's why they can play as they wish .

That is as much info as anyone on here can give you, so I gave it as you had not had a reply.

Well I don't take a fee from anyone as I nor anyone else on here including yourself work or have anything to do with paypal.

This is a ''user to user'' help forum so no one here can state yes or no regarding your 90 days question.

 

If you want an answer from paypal then I suggest you actually contact customer services instead of being rude to folks on here.

Well the words below your name are clearly saying you're volunteer, so obviously my messages wasn't for you in personal, and if you read it a little bit carefuly then you'll find me using "people at paypal" and not simple volunteers in the forum .

 

this message was for people that got the same problem as me. I already know that the most answers here don't help anyone .

Also wasn't rude or anything, my first question had clearly this :

 

" I don't want to know why there is a hold on my account"

 

and I mentioned it twice. So if some one still answers what I wasn't looking for then it's normal that my answer will be like that.
