Still awaiting payment....and response!

I have recently sold a few items on ebay, all my buyers paid via paypal, all but one has been completed. I am still waiting for paypal to pay me £3.44 from one buyer. They are 'holding' this pending further investigation....Investigating what? I have looked at other questions and one reply said if they receive positive feedback paypal may allow the payment to go through....are they mad? Who is going to leave positive feedback when they haven't received the goods? They also said that this happens when someone is new to paypal or ebay, I have been with ebay and paypal for quite a few years now with no problems up until now. I would be grateful for a positive and quick response. Thank you.

I posted a problem last week and have yet to even receive a reply from paypal.... is there anyone at paypal HQ? My buyer is getting very frustrated, I would like to send him the goods he bought from me but paypal STILL haven't cleared his payment. Can someone at paypal PLEASE sort this out???????????

its getting stupid now isnt it, if it keeps on i will only except postal orders and cash from now on, sick of this with paypal.

To be honest, there are a few possible reasons as to why a payment may have been placed on hold on your PayPal account. It is possible that we may have placed the funds on hold until we can verify that your buyer has sent this payment from their PayPal account.

 

I am unable to review your accounts and provide you with information in regards to why these payments have been placed on hold. I realise that your buyers may have contacted you advising that they are unhappy with not having received the items yet. You could ask them to contact PayPal directly and we can advise them what the exact issue is with this transaction.

 

If you would like more information yourselves on the payment that is currently on hold, you can contact customer services by clicking the Contact Us link at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
