Hi
How can this be? I brought a bridesmaid dress from a shop on ebay from china, the dress arrived supposed to be new and had stains on it and not looking like the picture described. I had to fight to get a return address to return it and postage after I had opened up a case on ebay did they then quickly agree.
They said they would refund the dress only when they recieved the item of which they did. I kept getting ebay notifications to give them a review. So in the end a month later did so, to then get a reply saying how mean I was to give them a bad review.
The cheek of them now is there requesting the money back for the dress THEY HAVE, all because I was honest in the review. I cannot believe paypal are reviewing this and have the monies on hold when I have done nothing wrong.
Please help me get this sorted, I am so angry that a seller can do this to me, I hope they get into trouble for all of this and I get compensated as cannot order via paypal as showing a minus figure.
Kind regards Carmel

Hi carmelhillary,
It sounds like your seller may have refunded you via the send money tab. In this case then they can file a claim against the transaction. If they used the correct refund link then they would be unable to file a claim.
I would recommend that you contact us directly to advise that the payment was for a refund so we can review this information for you. To contact us please click on the contact us link at the bottom of every PayPal page.
Thanks for posting and I do hope you get this resolved.
