I have sold a phone handset which now the buyer is saying is not working because it was blacklisted, when i advertised the handset i clarified that it was locked to a network. Now he has asked for a full refund which Paypal have minused on my Paypal account so when i sell an item i don't get the money. I have not even replied to this case as yet it has only just opened and i need my money for my sons birthday thats why i was selling these goods on the first place 😢😢
Blacklisted and locked to a network are surely different things??
If the buyer escalates to a claim then normally will find in their favour but they will have to send the item back to you at their own expense before you have to refund them.
