So I bought something from eBay which Hermes have now Lost at their end. I messaged the seller and told him that I called them and they have admitted they have lost the package. I even gave him the girls name. So he issued a refund on the 14th of August. I still can't get my money... yet I've had a refund from someone else already that didn't have the part I wanted. So now what do I do. It's £60 and I am broke and need my money.
