Paypal Dispute

I have an on going case in my paypal account. What if the seller/scammer already withdraw my money in his bank during the 11 day waiting time for his reply. Does that mean it's over? Or does paypal hold the money? Thanks.

If paypal finds in your favour and the seller does not refund you then paypal will do so under their buyer protection scheme.

That is as long as you met the criteria for buyer protection.
