I shipped an item to a buyer , date was 25 Dec 2015. But some days ago i logged in i saw some one claimed 55$, I was shocked, but deal was made through facebook . I gave deal screenshots to Paypal and on 26 Jan 2016 case was closed. Now i am unable to understand wether i lost the case or not. There is nothing on account summary there is no pending balance now. If claim is not in my favour. Than i have lost this case? but there is no pending balance in my paypal.
