Payment on hold despite item is sent

Hi,

This has been discussed before and I have seen and read some earlier thread but I still have a query.

I'm not a new buyer and seller, already sold three items with all positive reviews from the buyers. I had a software which was collecting dust so I sold it on ebay. Transfered the license etc and the buyer was happy who left a positve review as well. Software was a download item but with iLok license  I paid PACE iLok $25 for tranfer too. Now why should I wait for 21 days even after buyer happily left a review which means all good on his side. I've also marked the item as dispatched, both on ebay and paypal. Thing is I need this money now to buy soomething which is sold by only one provider with limited availabilty and first come first come first serve basis; no use of it after 21 days!

I've done everything to ensure the funds are available to withdraw. 

Kindly shed some light.

This is the new seller hold that every single seller on Ebay has or will go through.
If yours was an Ebay transaction then its an Ebay hold and Ebay authorise when paypal can release the funds.
Also Ebay feedback has no bearing on payment release. Normally for the Ebay hold its when tracking shows the item as delivered + 3 days if you use Ebay / paypal postage.

If you can't provide tracking then you wait 21 days.

Logically, if I have received all previous payments without any problem showing my credicbility, I should have received this one too. Why put me on hold just to stare at it? Anyway, I've checked with the ebay chat support, they don't have answer to this but only that these are the terms and conditions as 'you are a new seller' etc etc. Fine...I am new then why didn't you show this concern when I sold previous items with solid feedbacks from buyers? Anyways, thanks again for replying. I will have to wait now.

Well I didn't show any concern as I have nothing to do with Ebay or Paypal.

BUT sometimes Ebay lets you sell a couple of things before the hold kicks in.

And only 3 feedback as a seller is not a really good indication that you are a good seller.

Lol, I wasn't saying anything to you, sorry for confusion.

I was saying all this to ebay/paypal that why didn't 'you'...ebay/paypal...show concern before....
