I sold a cheap game and the game went missing..this is not the problem but when i refunded the payment its saying Pending...It's been like this for about a week..
Why is this? ..i need this paid asap as my buyer is being quite patient atm,but i can imagine he's a bit fed up.
whats the best way forward in this case.. any advice will be much appreciate it
A seller can only issue a refund via funds in their paypal balance or an echeque. So if its an echeque it has to clear through from your bank account > paypal > and then it is credited to your buyer and the hold lifted. That can be 5-7 working days.
This is because paypal don't "refund in advance" like they do when your buyer pays for a item when they credit you in advance and paypal take the wait for the funds to process through to them from the buyers bank account.
