PayPal Holding Your Funds? State Regulators Want to Know

I bet this kicks up a bit of fuss, and i bet its not on here for long.

If they get a complaint its £1000 fine 2 and its £5000

AND YES.... They are breaking the law holding for 21 days, my complaint is in.

Holding my money from my website, yah right... i dont think so
