PayPal Here Fraud

Hi everyone,
Was hoping to get some advice please.
I took a payment over the phone over the weekend, using PayPal Here's method of keying in the card number.
The next day the person came to collect the goods from our home.
Now, 2 days after the transaction I received an email from the owner of the card who says that he doesn't recognise the transaction and his details must have been stolen.
I called the person who placed the order, who said that her boyfriend bought it for her - but the card owner insists he doesn't know her.
I know that PayPal seller protection doesn't cover PayPal Here transactions, so where will I stand here? I'm worried we are going to lose out here... it wasn't just a few quid
Also the apparent scammer is a second time buyer from us. The first purchase being 2 weeks ago using a different card. This first transaction so far has had no problems, but there's still time yet.
On both occasions the buyer gave us the billing post code for the cards.
And her friend called me this evening saying that she had recommended us to her... it's all a bit bizarre.

Please read this section of the PayPal User Agreement. https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#11
PayPal Here is meant to be a face-to-face solution, not for payments over the phone. Neither you or PayPal have any way on earth of proving the person on the other end of the phone is the genuine owner of the card in question. If the customer is present, you have a better chance of fighting against Chargebacks.
The keyed-in payments you can take on the app are meant to be in situations where the card reader and/or the customer's card is not working. Ideally the customer should be present.
