PayPal Cancelled A Payment to Me

So recently, I sold something off iMessage using my PayPal business account, the buyer agreed to PayPal me the money. The money was marked as “pending” and transaction type said payment received. I thought it was pending because I was a new user and PayPal usually holds funds for 21 days. However, 10 days in, I got an email saying that the payment was cancelled because PayPal did not receive money from the buyer (bank transfer). Keep in mind I already sent the product because I thought PayPal was holding my money. Is there anything I can do about it? Thanks 😊
