Non Delivery Claim

Hi

 

I am fairly new to ebay and paypal in Uk. Recently i bought a phone worth of £240 and paid through paypal. the seller promiced me to ship the phone on next day because of the thay i paid was sunday. on monday dropped her a email asking about the tracking details.. sh eid not replied. i kept on chasing her through email and dropped my contact details including mobile number to call me back. Sheneither did call nor emiled me. i waited till about 7 days for her reply at the same time sending her emails every single day. after that i opened a dispute in paypal which was esclated to claim the very next day. Its been almost 7 more days since esclation to claim level and the seller has not replied to paypal. i am worried as its a huge amount which is blocked. i have all emails which i sent the seller to send the product and at the end to return th money. Please advise.

Once escalated paypal give the seller 10 days to provide a tracking number that shows the item was delivered to you and if not you should get a refund.

 

That is of course as long as you met the criteria of seller protection which it sounds as if you have.
