Instagram scammed.

Hi guys, I got scammed through Instagram. I paid for an Instagram Account via Goods and Services. I have proof we agreed a deal but the seller then deleted all the messages and has started ignoring me. It is only 12 hours after the transaction, at what point should I report the transaction? Is there a set date/period. The reason I think something Is dodgy is because he deleted all his messages and deleted all his Instagram posts. Thanks + someone please get back to me.

You can start a dispute whenever you want 'up to' 180 days post payment for item not received.

 

But you won't be able to escalate it to a claim until 7 days post payment.
