Hi,

So I got scammed by the seller. I bought  5 pairs of shoes from the seller but he shipped to me only 3 pairs and I open the case to have only partial refund for 2 pairs but the seller not accept the partial. and paypal request me to send all 3 pairs back to get full refund but I sold all the 3 pairs to the buyers of me. So what should I do now?

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

When you open a case to say that you have received only part of your order we will ask you to return what you have received in order to get a full refund. As we are unable to examine the order we cannot look for a partial refund, this would be at the seller discretion. If you are unable to return the items I would recommend trying to further the conversation with the seller to try to get that partial refund. 

Remember PayPal's protections are in addition to your normal consumer rights so you can also contact a local consumer agency.
