Right, I logged into my Paypal account today after making 3 payments, two on eBay and one on a clothing site, to find out that my account's been randomly selected for security checks. I was told to change my password security questions and to varify my credit card via phone. I did all these and Paypal told me my varification was completed.
...BUT
I check my payments sent/received page and see I have 3 disputes?! Aparranlty Paypal are holding my money until the three sellers "Respond". Respond to what?? I don't understand why Paypal's holding my payments at all, I proved my account was real, what am I supposed to do now??

Hi KlydiilsAnnoyed,
It sounds like your payments are held as we may have been unsure if they were authorised by you or not. I would suggest that you contact us via the contact us link to advise that your payments are authorised. Once you have done this your payment can be released to your sellers.
I hope this helps
Paula
