CAN ANYONE HELP ME < how do I stop this payment as it does not show on my account until it has been taken, and all re directs on this site are DEAD ENDS, HOW DO I STOP THIS PAYMENT  Payment I purchased on the 26th and I am running out of time

Hi there dally410,

 

As you mentioned the payment "does not show on my account until it has been taken" I ma guessing it is a subscription that is due to come out of your account.

 

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:

  1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click ‘Profile.’
  3. Click ‘My preapproved payments’ under ‘Financial Information.’ (Don’t see this step? Follow the alternative set of instructions below.)
  4. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel.’
  5. Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request.

Or

  1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
  3. Select ‘My money’.
  4. In the ‘My preapproved payments’ section, click ‘Update’.
  5. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel.’
  6. Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request.
