Hi guys, i sold a Runescape account to a ebayer called Gothicals. I have all the emails of proove of me giving him it, and he requested to change the password and emails which obviously Jagex asked if i should accept so i did. I Have his full address and IP Address. 3 Weeks later he has just filed a complaint of him not recieving the item?
So i went onto my emails thinking that maybe it was my mistake literally about 30 minutes ago as i thought i could of gave him the wrong details for him to log on. Yet i find im dealing with a fraudster to find, his same address poped up at the top saying last log in 2 days ago from his ip address on the account i sold him. Prooving that he has had the account and he file a dispuit the 26 of august, yet logged into the game account which i sold him which he is claiming he never had on the 28th august.
It was £55.00 he is trying to get back, Also just to mention, he has took everything off what i sold him and still claiming he never ever got it!
Can i have some help please?
I Have all the proove of emails and print screens of him getting the account and everdince of his isp and ip addresses and emails of him saying thankyou for the item.

Hi there Vented345,
First of all, virtual items or intangible products are not covered under our Buyer or Seller Protection Policies. If your buyer is advising that they have not received the gaming account from you, the case should be closed because it is an intangible item. If it hasn't, you should contact customer services directly.
If a chargeback or unauthorised investigation has been opened on the payment, we would not be able to provide coverage to you under our Seller Protection Policy. This means that if the payment is reversed back to your buyer, we would not be able to provide a reimbursment to you for the payment.
My best advice for you would be to contact the gaming company directly and explain what exactly has happened. They may be able to suspend the account or assist you in gaining access to the account again in the event of the payment being reversed.
David.
