Dispute Over Selling Instagram Account

Need urgent help.

I was filed against in a dispute by the buyer to refund $210 after buying an Instagram account at 60-90k. I have responded to the dispute in a message stating that the buyer had changed password, etc and username. Honestly I do not know what to do now that I can not even find that account. I'm thinking of contacting the buyer as of right now, but do not know whether they would respond now that we're this far. I have never had a dispute but I am not verified yet nor have I been a year long user, but I have had approximately 20 non-disputed transactions for promotions and selling smaller accounts via Instagram.

I do not know my chances of winning this silly dispute, but how do I ask PayPal to ask the buyer if they want the money back, but they have to give the account back? Is this even covered under digital goods?

If you have any idea of the result of this dispute, let me know.
