i have real greef with paypal at the moment, they seem to just offer money back to buyers with no care whatsoever about the seller. i recently won a case against a buyer as i proved i sent the item and it had not been collected from p.o only for the buyer to then change his claim to "not as described" which is impossible as at this time i had the items in my home after having them returned by the p.o.
surely paypal have to start realising that sellers need protection aswell ? i have since been looking at various other ways of paying as i no longer trust paypal.
if you find another way of paying please let me now, im also fed up of having my money held because some people can not be bothered to leave feedback, im really fed up with paypal, think i might say pay by postal order or cash on collection, paypal is to much trouble,
