i recently sold a medallion on ebay to china, i made a mistake in the listing but the customer demanded i sent the item anyway to which i was a bit dubious. anyway 2 after the end of sale i came accross the actual item i described to the customer so packed it ready for delivery. i posted international signed for airsure from uk, after 1 week i got an e-mail saying where is my item ? a case was opened, to which i proved my postage and won the case (it turned out the item had tried to be delivered but nobody was available to sign,so it was returned after 1 week to me in uk) anyway after i won the case the customer than asked me for a refund to wich i replied they could have one minus the postage and fees amount. (this to me seems fair) but they then opened another case saying item not as described !!! to which they then won the case and recieved a full refund !! this to me is a disgusting let down as a seller on ebay, they obviously never recieved the item as i had it here in uk and paypal went against us, so what is the point of using signed for or special delivery when paypal obviously does'nt give a **bleep** about its sellers ?? PAYPAL NEEDS TO LOOK CLOSER AT WHAT IS FAIR !!
