unauthorised payments to Sony

hello PayPal folks, last weekend i had reason to sign into PP and i discovered that there had been several purchases made on my accountfrom november 5th until the 19th., for downloads to PS console it said???  When i was checking the details of purchases i clickd on a link that said to manage purchases with Sony Enterainment Serives, click here!! I did and discovered another purchase this time for 142.32 pounds. This was made in January 2017. The other  six payments came to 131.16 pounds.I contacted Sony about this and was told by email, that because they were downloaded to someones Sony account they coul not give me any infromation. I had also contaced PayPal [firstly] they investigated the first batch and returned the money from the puchases to my card account. is there any way i can find out exactly what these purchases were ie; the name of the products or games??? as i have a suspicion who might be the culprit!! The other curiousity was that the box had been ticked to allow ongoing payments to Sony something i never do for any site. the reason I went to Paypal to check in the first instance because i was checking to see if it was an Amazon deduction for Amazon Prime which is 79.99 the same ammount as one of the purchases, i wondered if Sony had bought out Amazon or vice versa?? cheers peeps....Gerard.

All the information regarding transactions on your PayPal account is available in transaction details. You can easily check the status of a transaction by viewing your PayPal account 'Activity' that contains a record of all your PayPal transactions.

To view your account Activity:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Activity near the top of the page.
  3. Use the filter options to narrow your search, then click View.

Then click the transaction for more information and options related to that transaction.
