If you would like to send an item to China, I recommend contacting with your local courier as they will be able to advise you in this regard. PayPal always recommends using 'tracked shipping'. For example, if a buyer claims that the item has not been shipped/received, valid tracking information will allow us to check that the parcel was shipped. Hope this helps. - Carlos
