I want to send a friend money from my credit card. I have 0% APR for 12 months which i want to take advantage of. This does not apply to cash withdrawals.
Therefore the bank told me if it comes out as a payment it will be classed for the 0% APR however if it comes out as a withdrawal i wont have the 0% APR privilege.
Can anyone tell me if transfers of funds to friends/family come out as a cash withdrawal or a payment?
