return address overseas

I have had an email saying I have won a claim and the supplier has to refund once I've returned faulty goods to their address. 

the address they have provided is in Hong Kong but the item was sent from Manchester and the unopened package has a return address in Manchester if undelivered.

this is obviously a tactic to stop me getting a refund of £14:99 with the postage and tracking costs being my responsibility. I have tried replying to the email and got an automated message saying visit the help on PayPal. Can't find a phone number or email to contact customer service.

i am willing to return to Manchester, any advice?

Have you activated the below link on paypal?

As soon as you do it then you are covered for any transactions made afterwards.

Secondly if you want customer services  >>

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
