I have had an email saying I have won a claim and the supplier has to refund once I've returned faulty goods to their address. the address they have provided is in Hong Kong but the item was sent from Manchester and the unopened package has a return address in Manchester if undelivered. this is obviously a tactic to stop me getting a refund of £14:99 with the postage and tracking costs being my responsibility. I have tried replying to the email and got an automated message saying visit the help on PayPal. Can't find a phone number or email to contact customer service. i am willing to return to Manchester, any advice?
