Hi ive opened up a paypal disute on an item which was brought and payed for over 70 days ago and never recieved it ,ive escalated to paypal review and was wondering how long it takes to get my money back as cant get through over the phone as ive been calling for the past 4 days to speak to them direct
Once escalated to a claim paypal 'normally' give the seller 10 days to provide a tracking number that proves delivery of your item to you or you get a refund within 48 hours of that 10 day deadline being reached.
It may be longer if its an international transaction.
