I can never use the postage facility in paypal under my email as it always says 'paypal postage is not available, sorry for the invonvenience. I have been reading throught the forum and have cleared cache and history as advised to other members who were having problems. I have also checked and my java is up to date. Does anyone know what the problem is?
Unfortunately we don't know .. as we are a member to member help group. You may want to experiment by trying a different web browser or if possible, another computer. Else, suggest that you contact customer support with your concerns.
