who is fooling with the paypal and credit card options. Just tried to register address and UK dos not exist but eel is a country??

Welcome to the Community!

If you are trying to add a card to PayPal, this will only be added with the billing address showing in the country that you created your PayPal account in.

PayPal is a country specific system. This means if you have a UK PayPal account, you will only be able to add a UK credit/debit card with a UK billing address for the card. It won't be possible to add a card from a different country to a UK PayPal account at this time.
