Ok so a buyer bought an item of mine not on eBay ... It has been sent and received and tracking added but funds still held... Why is this when pp can see its received really unfair i think !

Normally if you use paypal postage then its when tracking shows delivery of the item + 7 days.

Other than that you may have to wait 21 days.
