my account is limited even though I am told it isnt

Hi,

 

I am having major issues with Paypal. because of the amount that was coming into my account, they asked me to provide more infor re my business, which i have done over and over again. After weeks of them asking me for the same things over and over again, I finally got a message come up saying that my account is back to normal and that i can withdraw our funds.

Not true as they are still showing that our acccount is restricted even thought when i log in it tells me that our account is back to normal?? I have seven rang them up and been promised it will be lited only to recieve an email again saying it isnt.
