i have been trying to place bid on Ebay, but it doesnt allow and requests to link paypal with ebay. i have done it (linking the two) 5-6 times so far, but it still does the same.
If you are still having issues with this I would recommend to consider clearing your cookies and cache on the browser that you are using as this can sometimes help. Once you have cleared them please try linking them again.
