The 'new style' front page seems to have totally lost the plot? When I used to look in on the summary I could SEE which orders had been shipped, but that is now missing and one has to search through the details to check if a tracking number has been added. As with many things, all the GOOD facilities that paypal used to have are no longer available. Even simple operations like cut and paste the deliver address are now a 5 minute exercise 😞
After a very long telephone call I was informed that Paypal have 'outsourced' the page building to an outside company. The whole job is totally unacceptable as the packing slip layout no longer fits within my window envelopes. Glad to hear I am not on my own.
