Hi dbcha,
Thanks for posting about viewing your PayPal payments.
Your PayPal payments are recorded in the ‘Activity’ section of your account.
To find a specific payment:
- Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
- Click Activity at the top of the page.
To download your account statements:
- Click Activity at the top of the page.
- Use the drop-down menus to filter transactions within a specified time period.
- Click Statements near the top right corner of the page and then select Activity export from the drop-down menu.
- Select the date range under ‘Custom Date Range’.
- Select the file type.
- Click Download History.
That way you can choose what you want to see and match it up with your bank account.
Note: If you are unable to download your history in a single attempt, please reduce the timeframe to blocks of 2 years and try again (e.g. 1 January 2011 – 1 January 2013).
I hope this helps.
Rachael
