Hi dbcha,

Thanks for posting about viewing your PayPal payments.

Your PayPal payments are recorded in the ‘Activity’ section of your account.

To find a specific payment:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
  2. Click Activity at the top of the page.

To download your account statements:

  1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to filter transactions within a specified time period.
  3. Click Statements near the top right corner of the page and then select Activity export from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the date range under ‘Custom Date Range’.
  5. Select the file type.
  6. Click Download History.

That way you can choose what you want to see and match it up with your bank account.

Note: If you are unable to download your history in a single attempt, please reduce the timeframe to blocks of 2 years and try again (e.g. 1 January 2011 – 1 January 2013).

I hope this helps.

Rachael
