I've tried ringing support and no chance of speaking to a human being.
My old account with Paypal was closed ages ago, and someone has sent a payment there. I got an email saying I had the funds! How can I when the account has been closed for a year or more?
Your email address identifies a paypal account, if payment was sent to that email address then it could only go to that paypal account waiting for you to claim it.
Best to ask the person that sent the payment to cancel it if they have that option in their paypal account.
