As I brought a shoes a month ago and after the seller sent the shoes because he is stupid as writing the hight amont of money on the box and the border charged me a high amount of tax and I would like him to at lest take a part of the tax and he didnt reply me at all, and what can I do now, can I do partly refund from my side as the seller set as no returns & no cancellations after shipped and I dun know how to do it now.
