You don't, I guess. They have a phone number, which is not answered.

They have email. If you send information, such as all the transaction details, they will reply "Please send transaction details such as date and amount and reference." It's fun! You send the same details day after day and they just reply with a request for those very details.

To be completely fair, though, it's not like in the old days when, if you disputed something, they closed your account and you had to enlist your state attorney general's office to get them to reopen the account so you could get your money out. Good times.

We are not allowed to post telephone numbers on this forum and as getting the code gets you through more quickly then its best to do it that way.

Also what number you get depends on what country you are in so I could give you the number for my country which may not be what you want.

You are posting on the UK forum but your username does not show your country so you could be anywhere worldwide.

I have called. Notice how my post mentions the existing phone number: "They have a phone number, which is not answered."

Did I say anywhere that you hadn't?

No, I just pointed out the only option for phone numbers was via help / contact.
