You don't, I guess. They have a phone number, which is not answered. They have email. If you send information, such as all the transaction details, they will reply "Please send transaction details such as date and amount and reference." It's fun! You send the same details day after day and they just reply with a request for those very details. To be completely fair, though, it's not like in the old days when, if you disputed something, they closed your account and you had to enlist your state attorney general's office to get them to reopen the account so you could get your money out.
