cant withdraw money

hi ive seen a few posts on here about  ppl cant withdraw  there money ,

the problem i have is  when i try to withdraw  to a bank account it says add new bank account ,

so i add a bank account , and press enter

then it says  account verified  so i click continue  and it goes back to add  bank account

any help would be great
