So I have the following problem.
I had a paypal account linked to my French debit card and when I moved to the uk I had to open a new one.
However on ebay I have forgotten to change the account information and someone paid me on that old account.
everything on this account doesn t work for me I registered with an old number old email address and old everything I cannot reset the password so now I cannot access the money anymore what can I do to access my account again ? thank you
