additional information qustions

Hi. I have company in UK. Limited partnership in Wales. My bank is from Latvia. 

i try to register paypal for business and i have some qustions

1) i need  to add some additional information to confirm my identity - residential addres. But i can't do it because I leave in another country. (in form on site avaliable only United Kingdom country to chose)

2) i don't have UK phone numbers. when i add my phone number paypal automatic add UK country code to my number

3) i have bank account in Latvia. Paypal ask me to add "sort code", but i have only swift code and IBAN... so how can I add my bank info correctly?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
