Hello.
I'm enquiring about the £29.99 that Avast took from my account on 8th May as I didn't sign up for it.
Please tell me how they managed it without having my credit card details.
They have answered my enquiry and they said they would put it back and it look's like they have…But if they can do it, how many others can do it. I don't understand. I'm a bit concerned. Do I have anything to worry about?

I would check here first  >>

 

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments. See if its listed in there.

That was a big help. It put me more in the picture. I still don't understand how they did it, but i've crossed them off the list now.
