I withdraw money (a payment) on 9 May, and still did not get it. What's going on?

Not sure to be fair.

Have you withdraw funds before and if not did you confirm your bank account?

You haven't accidentally cancelled the direct debit mandate for paypal in your online banking have you?

If is marked as pending or completed in your paypal account?

Did you get a confirmation email when you withdrew the funds?
