I apologise in advance for my confusion but, I had £80 paid in to my PayPal account and I transferred the £80 out to another account so the £80 never entered my bank account.... but I've had £80 withdrawn from my bank from PayPal as a direct debit. Is this right as I'm very confused and feel like I've been charged twice.. £80 (PayPal account) and now another? Please help!
