I've been sent £10 but can't find it and PayPal claims I have no money to withdraw so where is my money

If its not in your paypal balance and you did not receive a paypal email to say you had been sent it then was it actually sent?

If it was then check the email address they sent the payment to and make sure there was not a typo in it.

Yes I got email, but the link wouldn't work
