Transaction Fees

I have been using paypal for sending and receiving money between friends, however, even though we are in the same country, and I have a valid debit card registered on my account, it is still charging me a transaction fee for all of my transfers.

Friends / family transfers are free as long as you fund them via funds in your paypal balance OR bank transfer.

If you use a CARD then you pay a fee.
